# Broker Score 

### Description

> **Broker Score is the proprietary evaluation system developed by Broker N Broker to measure the overall quality and market health of supported bStocks.**

Every score is generated using a combination of on-chain metrics and market indicators, providing traders with a simplified view of an asset before entering a position.

## Score Methodology

Broker Score is calculated from multiple independent indicators, including:

* Contract Verification
* Liquidity Health
* Holder Distribution
* Whale Concentration
* Trading Volume
* Market Spread
* Slippage
* Market Activity

Each indicator contributes to the final score.

## Risk Classification

| Score        | Rating         |
| :----------- | :------------- |
| **80 – 100** | 🟢 Low Risk    |
| **50 – 79**  | 🟡 Medium Risk |
| **0 – 49**   | 🔴 High Risk   |

## Purpose

Broker Score is designed to help users quickly understand the overall condition of a bStock before making trading decisions.

It is intended to simplify market analysis by presenting multiple indicators through a single, standardized score.
